Estimates and Pricing
Roof inspections and estimates are free and carry no obligation. Any estimate we give you, whether on the phone, in person, or in writing, is a non-binding budget figure based on what we can see at the time. The final price for your project is the one set out in the written construction agreement you sign before work begins. That agreement, not this website or any estimate, carries the final price and the terms of the work.
Advertised starting prices describe a specific project. Our $7,000 starting price covers a new roof on a single story ranch with 3-tab shingles. Larger or steeper roofs, or additional work discovered during the project, are priced in your construction agreement before we proceed. All work is performed by Insured Crews.
Communications
If you submit our inquiry form, you agree that we may call the number you provide about your request. If you also agree to receive texts, we may text you about your inspection and service updates. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, and you can get help by replying HELP or calling (317) 733-5812.
