How We Use Your Information
We use your contact information to respond to your inspection request, schedule visits, send quotes, and communicate about work in progress. SMS and Text Messaging
Signature Pro Services LLC, doing business as Signature Pro Roofing, sends text messages only to people who ask us to. You give consent when you agree to receive texts on our inquiry form before you submit it, or when you text us first. Agreeing to texts is never required to request an inspection or to buy anything from us.
If you opt in, we text you about the inspection you requested, questions we have about your roof, appointment and crew arrival windows, scheduling changes, and updates on work in progress. We do not send unrelated promotional blasts.
Message frequency varies and depends on your project and how often we need to reach you. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and we are not responsible for charges your carrier applies to messages you send or receive.
You can stop the messages at any time by replying STOP to any text from us. We send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and then the texts stop. You can get help by replying HELP, by calling (317) 733-5812, or by emailing team@signatureproroofing.com.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or consent records with third parties or affiliates for marketing, promotional, or lead generation purposes. This information stays with Signature Pro Roofing and the service providers that help us deliver the messages you asked for.
